Tin Wai came from the West! (...another movie title request.)

Wow! I guess everyone comes on here to get the title of a movie. Well, me too.

Here's the description: a man with very long hair who uses his hair as a weapon. Not the new "Long Hair Kung Fu Man," series. It's much older, 70's probably.

I have a quote from the movie burned into my head, "Tin Wai came from the West! He's molded his hair into that long skill of his. He has virtually no opponents. ...an also He's a weird guy! He has no friends either!"

Now, "molded his hair into that long skill of his," is not a typo. that's actually the way they said it.
